The DTCM will disclose personal information when required by law, or in good faith when it is believed such action necessary or desirable to comply with the law, protect, or defend the rights or property of the DTCM, this site, or its users.

When a user registers for the Dubai Expert Training Programme, the DTCM will ask for a selection of information in order to complete full registration of each user. This information will include name, company name, company type, company address, e-mail address, telephone number and mobile phone number. This is voluntary information, which will not be given out to any third parties and will be used to provide up-to-date information only.

The DTCM will also ask a small number of voluntary personal questions, which will be used solely for targeted communications between the DTCM and the user relating to specific news and updates about Dubai.

The DTCM will use e-mail addresses to send confirmation of registration, with a password for access to the training modules and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact users for help in processing registrations. The information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes without a user’s permission unless it is done on an aggregated basis for statistical purposes without any information that could be used to identify a single user.

The DTCM will use e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers, where provided, to send relevant news and updates on training and important destination developments.

The DTCM will not sell, trade, rent or release such information to entities outside of the DTCM for their use without a user’s approval and without providing the opportunity to opt-out.

Users may download or print individual sections of the website for personal use and information only provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices is retained.
