Welcome to the Dubai Expert Training Programme! This is the official destination training course created by the Government of Dubai, Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing for travel executives.
Is the training for me?
Yes! Dubai is an exciting, fast-paced destination with lots of opportunities. UK and Ireland based travel executives can all benefit from this destination training, in particular those who are in direct contact with and sell to, the consumer.
How does the training work?
Just register by clicking on the link below and we will email you with your unique password and username. You can then work through the training modules at your own pace. The training consists of two levels containing valuable information about Dubai to provide you with the confidence to wow your clients with your product knowledge.
What benefits are there?
On completion you will receive an email with a certificate, plus a logo to display on your e-signature and/or website, which will confirm you hold the Dubai Expert qualification. This will signal to potential customers that your agency is a valuable source of advice on Dubai.
If you are a top scoring Dubai Expert graduate you will be eligible for consideration to experience Dubai firsthand on one of our fantastic familiarisation visits as a reward for your commitment to selling the destination.
All trainees will automatically receive our monthly e-newsletter, Dubai UPdate. This will keep you up to date with all the latest news of promotions, excursions and activities, new hotels and developments in the emirate.
Another exciting benefit for travel agents who complete the training is a place on our referrals list. This is displayed on our website, www.dubaiupdate.co.uk which will list you as an agent recognised by the DTCM as a Dubai Expert.
Training Offline
After completing a module, you can download the content in PDF format and either save it on your personal computer or print out a hard copy for future reference.
